RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Conceptualise, develop and implement integrated corporate branding and public relations strategies to ensure that the public has a good understanding of HCS, its HR WSQ programmes, tertiary education programmes, HR advisory services and other new businesses through pro-active engagement, as well as targeted creative communications.
  2. Plan and execute company-wide marketing strategy, including, but not limited to digital marketing, B2B, B2C, C2C.
  3. Develop creative design and do copywriting for corporate publications and marketing collaterals including course synopsis, brochures, newsletters, publicity materials, webpage contents.
  4. Maintain and update corporate website and social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
  5. Research, write and edit press releases, speeches, articles including corporate presentation materials.
  6. Keep abreast of trends and developments in human capital management and development and update/make recommendations to senior management to enhance the market positioning and branding of HCS.
  7. Oversee outreach events such as road shows, exhibitions, talks, conferences, masterclasses or seminars.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Minimum a Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Journalism or equivalent.
  2. 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of marketing communications, public relations, branding and media relation or similar capacity.
  3. Strong command of the English language and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and business partners).
  4. Experienced in managing corporate social media platform.
  5. Good analytical and creative mind.
  6. Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast paced working environment
  7. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills
  8. Entrepreneurial spirit
  9. IT-savvy and works well under pressure
  10. Must be eligible to work in Singapore 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Provide support and maintain company’s IT equipment, AV equipment, hardware, software and other peripheral equipment
  2. Manage and maintain Student and Training Database, School Management System (SMS) and Learning Management System (LMS)
  3. Organise information by analysing, interpreting, and classifying data
  4. Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information
  5. Manage other IT-related projects such as internal IT capabilities
  6. Other duties as assigned by supervisor(s), including operations, network / server management and training admin duties

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Good qualifications in IT
  2. Demonstrated computer knowledge and skills. Knowledge of DAX, SQL, SSMS, SSAS will be an advantage
  3. Background in Education-related industry and function will be an added advantage
  4. Good written and spoken communication ability in English (Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage – to liaise with Chinese speaking vendors and clients)
  5. Experience in IT Project Execution
  6. Good problem-solving skills, project-management and multi-tasking skills
  7. Works well under pressure
  8. Class 3/3A Driving License will be an added advantage
  9. Preferably able to do shift work (1pm to 9.30pm and Saturday, 8.30am to 5pm) – additional allowance is available
  10. Must be eligible to work in Singapore 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

HCS is looking for Courseware Author(s) to develop skilled-based training modules below under the HR and LPM WSQ Framework. If you are a subject matter expert in any of the topics below, are passionate about developing quality adult-education programmes and possess the relevant qualification, this is the perfect assignment for you. Curriculum to be developed includes, but not limited to:

  1. Lead Organisation to Develop Organisational Strategic Priorities, Culture, and Governance
  2. Establish Organisational Relationship and Lead Organisational Diversity
  3. Monitor Organisational Performance and Develop Reward Strategies to Lead Achievement of Results
  4. Monitor Divisional Performance and Develop Reward Strategies to Facilitate Achievement of Results
  5. Manage Organisational Risk in the Information Age
  6. Other modules on Business Management 

For each assigned module you are required to:

  • Incorporate blended learning component in the module design
  • Create original training documents including Learner’s Guide, Case studies, Learner’s Workbook, Facilitator’s Guide, Assessment plan, blended learning materials, etc
  • The content coverage is for a block of 24-hours training for people managers, HR professionals in small and large organisations

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Minimum 8 years practical industry experience in a supervisory role 
  2. Familiar with the WSQ competency framework and have experience in courseware authorship/adult training
  3. Excellent command of English language and writing skill 
  4. Minimum Bachelor degree in relevant field of study from a recognised universityStrong project management, time management skills
  5. ACTA and/or DACE qualification is necessary
  6. Able to manage multiple tight deadlines and stressful work situation
  7. Preferred:

- Experience in e-learning, whether as a user or developer
- Proficiency in courseware authoring software

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develop new client base and foster relationship with existing corporate clients to achieve sales target
  2. Identify training needs with corporate clients and recommend holistic solutions or work with corporate clients on customisation to meet client’s needs (e.g. HR training, HR consultancy, etc)
  3. Support marketing events such as road shows, exhibitions, talks, conferences, masterclasses or seminars

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
  2. Diploma and above with sales experience (student recruitment – adult learners)
  3. Corporate sales experience will be an advantage
  4. Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  5. Prior experience in the education/training/events/marketing industry an advantage
  6. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills
  7. Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast paced working environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Responsible for scheduling, coordinating and tracking of all training courses organised in the company to ensure smooth running of training classes and maximum utilisation of training resources.
  2. Maintain and upkeep the student / client database.
  3. Manage training logistics.
  4. Liaise with facilitators and students to ensure needs are met.
  5. Register students for class and oversee training claims and grants procedure.
  6. Attend to enquiries from students / walk-ins.
  7. Interface with students / clients if necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Able to manage multiple tight deadlines and stressful work situation.
  2. Able to multi-task effectively and work in a team on a broad variety of projects.
  3. Strong project management, time management skills.
  4. At least Diploma from a recognised institution.
  5. Written and spoken knowledge of both English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  6. Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and Database Management.
  7. Coding / Programming skills will be an advantage.
  8. At least 3 years working experience in the field of education / training management.
  9. Must be eligible to work in Singapore

JOB OBJECTIVES:

  1. Support the Management Office in various aspects of the business to be groomed for a leadership position in the organisation.
  2. Gain experience through hands-on involvement in various departments, special projects and corporate events.
  3. Gain experience in areas including but not limited to Marketing & Corporate Communications, Business Development, Operations and Consultancy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Support the Management Office, in particular the CEO’s office, in various tasks as assigned, including, but not limited to:
    • Corporate Secretariat Support, including preparing documents for corporate reporting, supporting the Management Committee Meeting and other internal and external meetings
    • New initiatives and projects
    • Marketing & corporate communications
  2. Assist and support in special projects and events undertaken by the Management Office, as and when necessary
  3. Assist to provide contents for website, collateral & etc
  4. Any other duties as assigned by CEO and superior (s)

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. A degree from any recognised universities
  2. Strong command of the English language and the ability to write and speak English well is essential. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
  3. Keen interest in social media platforms
  4. Proactive, self-starter with an analytical and creative mind
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively with a wide range of staff
  6. Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast paced working environment
  7. Must be eligible to work in Singapore

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Comfortable with doing cold calls to explain the Company’s offerings; products or services.
  2. Answer incoming calls from prospective customers to support the sales team.
  3. Use standard scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices and present their benefits.
  4. Ask questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
  5. Provide the relevant courses to their needs.
  6. Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation.
  7. Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  8. Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Minimum “O” level, but “A” level or Diploma is preferred.
  2. At least 2-3 years of relevant experience as a telemarketer or similar role.
  3. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficient in English.
  6. Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
  7. Persistent but not annoying and result-oriented.
  8. Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
  9. Must be eligible to work in Singapore
