RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Handle partial to full-sets of accounts including data entry into accounting system
  2. Financial statement preparation and audit coordination
  3. AP duties include verifying vendor invoices with supporting documents
  4. Handle treasury matters
  5. AR duties include monitoring aging report, sending Statement of Accounts, following-up on outstanding debts and recording incoming payment
  6. Handle funding claims and audit support
  7. Handle bank reconciliation and manage cash book
  8. GST filings preparation
  9. Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and processes for accounting & finance functions
  10. Participate in system and process enhancement
  11. Liaising with Operations and external vendors on key accounting related matters
  12. Assist other Staff from time to time on ad-hoc reports or accounting/admin duties
  13. Possible job rotation

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Degree in Accountancy or Business studies or Professional Certification (ACCA)
  2. Possess a willing-to-learn and proactive attitude
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Experience in government funding claims administration
  5. Minimum 3 year of accounting or audit experience
  6. Preferably with experience in maintaining full sets of accounts
  7. Experience with accounting software, MYOB is a plus
  8. Must be eligible to work in Singapore 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Provide support and maintain company’s IT equipment, AV equipment, hardware, software and other peripheral equipment
  2. Manage and maintain Student and Training Database, School Management System (SMS) and Learning Management System (LMS)
  3. Organise information by analysing, interpreting, and classifying data
  4. Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information
  5. Manage other IT-related projects such as internal IT capabilities
  6. Other duties as assigned by supervisor(s), including operations, network / server management and training admin duties

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Good qualifications in IT
  2. Demonstrated computer knowledge and skills. Knowledge of DAX, SQL, SSMS, SSAS will be an advantage
  3. Background in Education-related industry and function will be an added advantage
  4. Good written and spoken communication ability in English (Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage – to liaise with Chinese speaking vendors and clients)
  5. Experience in IT Project Execution
  6. Good problem-solving skills, project-management and multi-tasking skills
  7. Works well under pressure
  8. Class 3/3A Driving License will be an added advantage
  9. Preferably able to do shift work (1pm to 9.30pm and Saturday, 8.30am to 5pm) – additional allowance is available
  10. Must be eligible to work in Singapore 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Support Courseware development & enhancement process including testing and quality assurance cycle
  2. Support e-learning design & development process, including testing and quality assurance cycle
  3. Plan and animate e-learning storyboard using authoring tool
  4. Multimedia production using appropriate development tool where needed
  5. Support deployment of e-learning content to LMS platform
  6. Other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)

REQUIREMENTS:

  3. Strong attention to details and meticulous 
  4. Self-starter with desire to learn
  5. Strong project management, time management skills
  6. Good written and spoken English

  9. Preferred:

- Experience in e-learning, whether as a user or developer
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, After Effects or equivalent

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develop new client base and foster relationship with existing corporate clients to achieve sales target
  2. Identify training needs with corporate clients and recommend holistic solutions or work with corporate clients on customisation to meet client’s needs (e.g. HR training, HR consultancy, etc)
  3. Support marketing events such as road shows, exhibitions, talks, conferences, masterclasses or seminars

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written) – to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
  2. At least a Polytechnic diploma with sales experience
  3. Corporate sales experience will be an advantage
  4. Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  5. Prior experience in the education/training/events/marketing industry an advantage
  6. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills
  7. Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast paced working environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Provide secretarial support to the CEO and Director, including screening of calls, scheduling of meetings and appointments, management of email correspondences, drafting of replies, attending to guests and visitors, arrangement of luncheons, preparation for meetings and presentation materials.
  2. Maintain proper filing system and proper record keeping of clients/contact information for the Management Office.
  3. Handle expense claim, travel arrangement and errands for the CEO and Director.
  4. General office administrative duties includes attending to walk-ins, assisting to answer phone calls, courier arrangement and mailing, sorting and distribution of incoming calls and faxes, procurement and management of stationery and pantry supplies, maintenance of office equipment, telephone system and cleanliness of the office.
  5. HR functions: Processing recruitment and selection, performance appraisal, leave application, medical and hospitalisation, workman comm and insurance.
  6. Assist Management Office in special projects as required.
  7. Performing any ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisors.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Good command of written and spoken English and spoken Mandarin
  2. Experience in HR-related functions is necessary
  3. Experience in secretarial duties and/or staffing for Senior Management
  4. IT-savvy with good proficiency in offline and online productivity tools such as Microsoft Office suite and cloud-based applications
  5. Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal relationship skills
  6. Self-motivated individual who is efficient and organised
  7. Works well under pressure 
  8. Meticulous
  9. Able to multi-task
  10. Must be eligible to work in Singapore

JOB OBJECTIVES:

  1. Support the Management Office in various aspects of the business to be groomed for a leadership position in the organisation.
  2. Gain experience through hands-on involvement in various departments, special projects and corporate events.
  3. Gain experience in areas including but not limited to Marketing & Corporate Communications, Business Development, Operations and Consultancy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Support the Management Office, in particular the CEO’s office, in various tasks as assigned, including, but not limited to:
    • Corporate Secretariat Support, including preparing documents for corporate reporting, supporting the Management Committee Meeting and other internal and external meetings
    • New initiatives and projects
    • Marketing & corporate communications
  2. Assist and support in special projects and events undertaken by the Management Office, as and when necessary
  3. Assist to provide contents for website, collateral & etc
  4. Any other duties as assigned by CEO and superior (s)

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. A degree from any recognised universities
  2. Strong command of the English language and the ability to write and speak English well is essential. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
  3. Keen interest in social media platforms
  4. Proactive, self-starter with an analytical and creative mind
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively with a wide range of staff
  6. Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast paced working environment
  7. Must be eligible to work in Singapore
