E. Terms and Conditions

1. Confirmation of Registration

Completed forms together with full payment must be received by our office no later than fourteen (14) days before event date. A written confirmation regarding the details of your registration will be sent to you within one working day after receipt of your registration form and payment.

2. Cancellations / Substitutions Policy

If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Please provide the name and title of the substitute delegate at least 2 working days prior to the event. Cancellations received in writing more than 2 weeks prior to the event will receive a full refund. If you cancel with 2 day notice, there will be a 25% cancellation fee charge. Note that we shall not provide a refund for cancellations received with less than 2 days notice. There will be no cash refund but a course credit of equivalent value valid for six months will be issued to the applicant.

3. Amendments, Cancellations and Modifications

HCS reserves the right to amend, cancel, modify or withdraw any programmes offered, including fees and programme dates/times, without assigning any reasons whatsoever. In such instances, HCS will give notice to the participant by phone, mail or electronic communication at the last known address kept with the Company or at such other address as the participant shall designate in writing. The participant will have the option to register for an alternative date or ask for a full refund of the fees paid.

4. Disclaimer, Indemnity and Liability

Human Capital (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., its management, advertising agency and/or employees cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, bodily injury and/or liability sustained by any participant or expenses incurred by any participants and their organisations arising directly or indirectly from the modification, alteration, cancellation or termination of any of its programmes other than the refund of the fees applicable.

5. Confidentiality

Your registration form will be kept with us in accordance with our privacy policy. All personal information shall be collected and used for administrative purposes only and in compliance with the standards set out under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2012.
