As Courseware Author, you will develop courseware modules in human capital management and development in accordance with the HR WSQ framework by WDA. You will produce instructional materials that package best practices and real-world expertise into training courses that will enable positive training deliverables.

As a Trainer, you are the premier HR and instructional expert in HR best practices and people management. You will be amongst an exclusive group of professionals that are authorised to deliver competency-based training for HCS.
