SECRET RECIPE CAFE PTE LTD
Secret Recipe started out as a small café in Holland Village that has expanded to employ more than 300 employees across 16 branches across Singapore. Given that talent management and retention is the key challenge in our fast-paced industry, the company decided to send its people managers to the "Implement Talent Management Programme" at HCS. This turned out to be a great success and has spurred some of our senior managers to set up a training and development department within our organisation.
