The Performance Review Process is the responsibility of every supervisor. Staff needs to be kept informed of their performance regularly so that expectations are clear and feedback may be addressed. This module will equip People Managers/Supervisors with the necessary skills to systematically plan their work and set key performance objectives. They will learn how to monitor staff performance, develop their capacity to perform, rate their performance and reward good performances.

Implementing and communicating a performance management programme involves constant monitoring, review and analysis of the performance review process and activities. Informing line managers of the resources available is key to the accurate reviews and fair assessment of the employees under their charge. This module will equip HR professionals to facilitate line managers, support the review process and measure the effectiveness of the programme to ensure the best outcome for the organisation.
