The first of the Series will address some strategic issues facing CEOs as they shift gears from survival to sustainability, with the need to be clear about the key behaviours, responsibility and accountability in what may become a culturally different organization.

The CEO Roundtable Series are quarterly closed-door discussions and workshops allowing a small number of CEOs and corporate leaders to explore in great detail, strategic people challenges faced by organisations in Asia and globally as well as emerging trends, risks and opportunities. The series will bring together top executives for candid conversations about their work and their industries, with ample opportunities to network.

 

 

Professor Ron Collard
Ron Collard is a Partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Singapore, responsible for the team of financial services and change practice in the Asia Pacific region. He is a member of the Global Financial Services Leadership Team representing HR Services. Ron has extensive consulting experience serving high profile global clients. In addition, he spent a number of years as Head of HR internally for PwC UK as well as being part of the Global HR internal leadership team.

Ron is a visiting professor at Bath University School of Management in the UK and a high profile international speaker.
