CEO Roundtable Series



Held on a quarterly basis, Employer Engagements (EE) are roundtable sessions targeted at C-level senior management and Human Capital (HC) and people managers. Focused on raising people leadership quotient in Singapore, EEs gather business leaders in the review and discussion of HC challenges faced by the business community, developments in human capital management and their strategic impact on talent management and business development.

Each EE session is themed and features a set of key components: Thought Leadership, Facilitated Dialogue and Talent Networking. Human Capital Singapore (HCS) will also bring in guest speakers with the relevant expertise to contribute to the roundtable sessions. Guest speakers will include visiting thought leaders, best-in-class practitioners or business players, and consultants or researchers with niche offerings, especially new knowledge and progressive science.

The Dialogues at each EE session will focus on local practices and customised applications while Talent Networking will involve regional and global counterparts in addition to local players.

Employer Engagements aim to raise the professionalism of Human Capital Management (HCM) and Organisational Development (OD) in the workplace. They do this by allowing participants to leverage on the networking platform to share best practices, exchange experiences and explore opportunities for the synthesis and joint creation of strategies.
