- HR-PRB-402E-1 Implement and Evaluate Remuneration Programmes
- HR-RS-301E Implement Recruitment and Selection Methods

- HR-ERC-401E Resolve Grievances And Disputes
A Statement of Attainment (SOA) will be awarded when the participant successfully completes a WSQ training module in a particular competency unit and is assessed to be competent.
When the participant has obtained all the required modules, he / she will be awarded the Level 4 WSQ Professional Diploma in Human Resources (Human Resource Management).
