OBJECTIVES:

  1. Support the Management Office, in particular the CEO’s office, in various tasks as assigned, including, but not limited to:
    • Corporate Secretariat Support, including preparing documents for corporate reporting, supporting the Management Committee Meeting and other internal and external meetings
    • New initiatives and projects
    • Marketing & corporate communications
    • Business development initiatives including feasibility study, preparation of proposal, liaise with relevant authorities, etc
  2. Assist and support in special projects and events undertaken by the Management Office, as and when necessary.
  3. Assist to provide contents for website, collateral & etc.
  4. Research and keep abreast of current industry practices.
  5. Any other duties as assigned by CEO and superior(s).

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. An honours degree from any recognised universities.
  2. Strong command of the English language and the ability to write and speak English well is essential. Proficiency in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates) will be an advantage.
  3. Keen interest in the continuing education and training industry.
  4. Strong interest in research, data analysis and/or curriculum development.
  5. Proactive, self-starter with an analytical and creative mind.
  6. Entrepreneurial spirit.
  7. Exhibit strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  8. Strong analytical sense, able to justify recommendations based on sound judgement and analysis.
  9. High level of competence with MS Office.

OBJECTIVES:

HCS is looking for Courseware Developers to develop skills-based training modules under the Skills Framework for Human Resource (HR). If you are a subject matter expert in any of the Technical Skills and Competencies topics, are passionate about developing quality adult-education programmes and possess the relevant qualification, this is the perfect assignment for you. For each assigned project you are required to:

  • Create original training documents including Learner’s Guide, Case studies, Learner’s Workbook, Facilitator’s Guide, Assessment plan, etc.
  • The content coverage is for a block of 24-hours training for people managers, and HR professionals in small and large organisations

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Minimum 8 years practical industry experience in a Human Resource/leadership role
  2. Familiar with the WSQ competency framework and have experience in courseware authorship/adult training
  3. Excellent command of English language and writing skill
  4. Minimum Bachelor degree in relevant field of study from a recognised university
  5. ACTA/DACE qualification is necessary

OBJECTIVES:

HCS is looking for Courseware Developers to develop skills-based training modules under the Skills Framework for Infocomm Technology (SFw for ICT). If you are a subject matter expert in any of the Cloud Native topics, are passionate about developing quality adult-education programmes and possess the relevant qualification, this is the perfect assignment for you. For each assigned project you are required to:

  • Create new, original training documents including Learner’s Guide, Case studies, Learner’s Workbook, Facilitator’s Guide, Assessment plan, etc.
  • Develop and/or enhance courseware encompassing new trends in cloud technology

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Minimum 8 years practical industry experience in an ICT leadership role
  2. Knowledge of cloud is essential
  3. Familiarity with NICF, CITREP+ and/or SFw for ICT is a huge advantage
  4. Experience in courseware authorship/adult training
  5. Excellent command of English language and writing skill
  6. DACE qualification is necessary

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conceptualise, develop and implement integrated corporate branding and public relations strategies to ensure that the public has a good understanding of HCS, its HR WSQ programmes, tertiary education programmes, HR advisory services and other new businesses through pro-active engagement, as well as targeted creative communications.
  • Execute company-wide marketing strategy, including, but not limited to digital marketing, B2B, B2C, C2C
  • Launch optimised online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimisation etc.)
  • Collaborate with in house creative team all marketing content
  • Maintain and update corporate website and social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
  • Research, write and edit press releases, speeches, articles including corporate presentation materials
  • Keep abreast of trends and developments in human capital management and development and update/make recommendations to senior management to enhance the market positioning and branding of HCS
  • Oversee outreach events such as road shows, exhibitions, talks, conferences, masterclasses or seminars
  • Research and gather opportunities for sponsorships
  • Network and build relationships with clients and influencers

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Minimum a Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Journalism, PR or equivalent
  2. 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of marketing communications, public relations, branding and media relation or similar capacity
  3. Strong command of the English language and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and business partners)
  4. Experienced in managing corporate social media platform
  5. Good analytical and creative mind
  6. Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced working environment
  7. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills
  8. Entrepreneurial spirit
  9. IT-savvy and works well under pressure

OBJECTIVES:

  1. Perform network / server management and troubleshooting for on-premise and cloud server
  2. Manage IT-related projects such as internal IT capabilities and data analytics projects
  3. Manage and maintain Student and Training Database, School Management System (SMS) and Learning Management System (LMS)
  4. Maintain and upkeep the student / client database
  5. Regular backup and restoration of student lesson works
  6. Scheduling, coordinating and tracking all training courses organised in the company to ensure smooth running of training classes and maximum utilisation of training resources
  7. Manage training logistics
  8. Liaise with facilitators and students to ensure needs are met
  9. Register students for class and oversee training claims and grants procedure
  10. Other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma from a recognised institution or equivalent work experience
  • Strong server knowledge is essential
  • IT/ICT background required
  • Cloud software and architecture knowledge is an advantage
  • Able to manage multiple tight deadlines and stressful work situation
  • Able to multi-task effectively and work in a team on a broad variety of projects
  • Strong project management, time management skills
