About the Masterclass

Human Capital Singapore (HCS) supported by WSG is organising the HCS Masterclass: The Challenges of Business Transformation & Employability. This half-day virtual Masterclass will be held on 16 September 2021.

This initiative is in line with the Emerging Stronger Taskforce (EST) recommendation for greater collaboration of the Public-Private-People sector. The collaboration with various partners (IHRP, Bosses Network, Alibaba Cloud & Singapore Computer Society) is in support of Alliance for Action (AfA).

 

The Masterclass will highlight the Challenges and Opportunities of Business Transformation. What’s involved in Business transformation? What kind of solutions and arrangements do forward-looking businesses adopt? How is the HR industry transforming to support employability? Are organisations, businesses and the workforce well positioned to ride the digital wave and the new developments in the manufacturing sector to better prepare for the future of business and work in the new normal?

Mr Tan Kiat How

Mr Tan Kiat How was elected a Member of Parliament (MP) for the East Coast
Group Representation Constituency (GRC) during the General Elections held in
July 2020.

Mr Tan is the Minister of State in the Prime Minister’s Office, and the Ministry
of National Development. Mr Tan is also Chairman of REACH, the lead agency
in facilitating whole-of-government efforts to engage and connect with
Singaporeans on national and social issues close to their hearts.
