This competency allows the participant to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary for developing a framework to resolve organisational conflicts, grievances and disputes. The programme includes developing a Conflict Management framework, consulting key stakeholders and reviewing the Conflict Management framework to maintain or enhance positive employee relations.
- Consult key stakeholders to obtain buy-in on the framework and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
- Develop a Framework for Managing Conflicts, Grievances and Disputes, taking into consideration the organisation’s context and Legal, Ethical and Socio-Cultural considerations relating to Conflicts,
Grievances and Dispute Resolutions.
- Review a Framework for Managing Conflicts, Grievances and Disputes to maintain or enhance positive employee relations.
