Core Module

Track 1: Managing Transition & Self Discovery

Change is constant. As organisations transform to meet the challenges of tomorrow, are you prepared to move with the changes? Learn how to manage emotions and respond to the changes around you during times of change. At the end of the lesson, you would gain the important life skills in dealing with multiple transitions and bounce back from the many challenges and adversities in life.

Learning Outcomes
• Recognise own emotions during the transition journey
• Develop a positive and open mindset towards change and inspire career ownership.
• Learn how to respond to transition and manage the changes effectively
• Reflect on life’s purpose and life/career stages to make better decisions in transition.

Core Module

Track 2: Golden-Employability-Triangle (G.E.T) a Career Stocktake

Know yourself, know your innate strengths and learn to capitalise and internalise them to stretch beyond limits. The Practice Clinic (PC) is on a journey of self-discovery through scientific frameworks and personality tools to help you understand who you are and your career anchor. Building on self-knowledge, you will be guided with basic job search essentials to launch yourself into a promising and rewarding career future.

Learning Outcomes
• Discover career interest, strengths and weaknesses through profiling tools
• Open participants’ mindsets to new and different types of work and employers in their next job
• Equip participants with fundamental career preparatory skills for the next career move

Elective Module

Track 3: Networking & Business Etiquette

Grooming for networking success workshop presents tools and techniques to excel in getting ‘noticed’ and instilling ‘confidence’ when meeting potential employers or business contacts in networking. Exhibiting proper and appropriate professional grooming, and demonstrating appropriate verbal and non-verbal gestures and communication skills; as well as ability to carry a positive, pleasant and respectable disposition.

Learning Outcomes
• Establish positive presence, command respect and trust with a professional disposition
• Practise how to self-introduce confidently, perform informal appropriate conversations, interpret non-verbal cues and engage in brief conversations through active listening; mindful not to make new contacts feel “captured” by non-stop one-way conversations. Be aware of the need to move around business contacts in a networking event and not just stick to one contact
• Understand the importance of networking to establish and sustain relationship through virtual and non-virtual communication etiquette in work and social situations

Elective Module

Track 4: HEAD (Health. Entrepreneurship. Adapt. Digitalise) START

Equip PMETs for multi directional growth in the Gen AI era. The one-day Practice Clinic is the last mile for Growth Executive Professional Development (GEPD) programme. This clinic helps PMETS across the age group be Job Ready and Land a JOB. This is followed by a half-day complimentary session on Job-Matching and on-going session on Job Placement.

Learning Outcomes
• Understanding the concept of health and wellness in oneself and career journey
• Cultivating entrepreneurial mindset, enterprise and opportunity quotient to seek out opportunities and solutions for sustainability and growth
• Developing resilience to boost attitude
• Embracing mindset, skill set and behavioural change to stay relevant in the digital era
