HCS 360 Breakthrough Award (2nd Edition)
The Second edition of the 360 Breakthrough Award has evolved to bring in the dimensions of system and process, and looked at service delivery and production process innovation to improve productivity. This time around, we had another crop of participating companies share the success stories in embracing open innovation to beat the competition. Two F&B outfits, Neo Garden and House of Seafood, had adopted open innovation in their production process and reaped the benefits of harnessing inventiveness from outside their kitchen walls.
