About The Masterclass
Evolving with times to keep relevant, now is the critical moment for HCS and IHRP to build on the national initiatives of IHRP for business impact. HCS and IHRP will scale and translate the National HCDT and 7 Playbooks for impact via Modern HR Practice. The Agreement will tie the commitment of the two entities to refresh, review and reset a Modern HR and Leadership & People Management Practice for the Future of Work and Business Growth. Modern HR and Leadership & People Management Practice is a ground-up initiative of several key industry players whose experiences and challenges in recent years have convinced them that there is an urgent need to reset the HR Agenda for a Modern HR Practice in this Era of Surprises.
Working with the fraternity of industry partners and our respective faculty HR experts, we have reset and repositioned HR solutions and applications to address business, corporate and workforce needs. To do the latter effectively, we need to chart the Modern HR Practice journey and brand and continuously encourage HR Professionals and People Managers to adopt Modern HR practice in the Era of Surprises. There is a series of 9 Programmes constituting 48 Modules under Modern HR and LPM Practice for the Future of Work. The focus of Modern HR and LPM Practice is on sustainability and growth in business, corporate and workforce. When change is rapid, we welcome it by surfing the waves of change.
