The course also covers how to implement effective reskilling and upskilling strategies using digital learning tools and platforms, and how to evaluate the impact of these initiatives using performance and workforce data. Learners will gain practical knowledge in leveraging both public and private sector resources to scale learning efforts and support large-scale workforce development.
